Portions of State Route 109 were shut down Wednesday as officials dealt with a hazardous materials spill.
Just after 7:30 a.m., Lebanon Police announced that Lebanon Fire Department and Wilson County Emergency Management Agency responded to a hazmat spill at the intersection of Highway 109 and East Division Street.
