Colton Dowell
NASHVILLE — The Tennessee Titans waived Lebanon-native Colton Dowell late last week.
A former star for Wilson Central High School (Class of 2017), Dowell was drafted in the seventh round of the 2023 draft out of UT-Martin, where he set the Skyhawks’ record for receiving yards with 2,796.
He made the roster as a rookie. He saw time on special teams and had one catch for 3 yards.
But a torn ACL in Week 17 at Houston caused him to miss last season, spending it on the physically-unable-to-perform list.
