A new Dollar General Market opened in Wilson County last Saturday, June 21 in the Laguardo area of northern Wilson County.
Located at 8100 Hwy. 109 N, the new Dollar General Market, like other Market versions of the retail store, features an expanded grocery section. During the grand opening, gift cards were given to the first 50 customers and tote bags to the first 100.
鈥淲e are excited to provide Lebanon residents with our new DG Market format and look forward to welcoming customers to our new location,鈥 Matthew Simonsen, Dollar General鈥檚 senior vice president of real estate and store development, said. 鈥淎t Dollar General, we believe the addition of our new Lebanon store provides positive economic growth for the community through the creation of new jobs and career growth opportunities.鈥
According to the retail chain, between 10-15 jobs will be filled, depending on the needs of the store. The new location marks the fourth Dollar General Market in Wilson County.
